Seminar refund policy. IBT will issue a complete refund if you cancel up to three weeks before your seminar begins. Cancellations received less than three weeks before the seminar can be converted into a tuition credit for $125, good for a full year, which you can use for a future seminar or webinar. In fairness to all attendees, confirmed attendees who do not attend their scheduled seminar are liable for the entire fee. You may send a substitute if you are not able to attend at the last minute.
