The Digital Millenium Copyright Act
(the "DMCA") specifies procedures by which Internet
Service Providers ("ISPs") may limit liability with
respect to information residing on network servers.

specified below. Note that this procedure is only to

- The location on the site of the potentially
infringing item;
- A description of the copyrighted work that you
claim has been infringed upon;
- Your address, e-mail address and telephone number;
- A sworn statement by you that you believe in
good faith that the item is infringing and that you
are either the copyright owner or authorized to act
on behalf of the copyright owner.
